Classification of hydraulic press

Hydraulic press according to the force classification can be divided into two kinds: vertical hydraulic press and horizontal hydraulic press. Among them, the vertical hydraulic press is mostly used, and the hydraulic press used for extrusion is mostly horizontal. If it is according to the structural form, it can be divided into double-column, four-column, eight-column, welded frame and multi-layer steel belt winding frame. Among them, the small and medium-sized vertical hydraulic press can also use C- type frame. The advantage of this structure is that it is very convenient to operate, but its rigidity is relatively poor.

Hydroforming technology is generally used in hydraulic presses, because it has great advantages in reducing pressure compared with traditional stamping technology.
